The conference runs June 22–24 at The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City in Arlington, Virginia, just across the Potomac from Washington, DC and less than five miles from Reagan National Airport. This is one of the premier affordable rural housing events in the country, bringing together legislative and policy experts, government officials, and industry stakeholders to address the issues shaping our industry.
This year's event includes some truly standout moments. The Tuesday reception will be held at the National Archives Rotunda as the nation celebrates its 250th anniversary. The Monday Opening Reception will reveal the CARH Top 20 of 2026 rankings, and Wednesday closes with the Scholarship Foundation Breakfast honoring this year's recipients.
