Join us April 19-21, 2026, at the Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes.
Every year those working in rural affordable housing in the Virginias and Carolinas get together for three days of education, networking, and professional development. The 2026 meeting will be the second for the newly merged Mid-Atlantic Council for Affordable Housing. The meeting will include a welcome reception on April 19, a president’s luncheon and a cocktail reception on April 20.

Single Day Registration for Monday, April 20! Includes PTE Class and President’s Luncheon. $100 PTE Credits available per person.
A note about the Properties Training & Education track:
Affiliate and Regular Members who wish to register for the PTE training must add $100 for each PTE registered attendee. Managing Members may apply escrowed PTE credits of $100 for each PTE registered attendee. PTE credits may be used ONLY for those registering for the PTE training session. If needed, please contact the MCAH office for your available PTE credit balance.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received prior to March 6, 2026, will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between March 7 and March 31, 2026, will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after April 1, 2026.
